ALGEBRAGRAMS is a fun self-checking word game played by solving Algebra problems to win points by identify college mascots. This game is designed for independent practice on solving SYSTEMS OF EQUATIONS using any method.
Objective:
Students will solve up to 25 systems of equations on the Algebragrams Board to determine the ordered pair that corresponds with each letter. Students will write the corresponding letters in the blank spaces on the 24 School Cards. The school mascots will be revealed by correctly answering the systems. This provides students with a way to self-check their answers.
How to Play as a Class Game/Contest:
Each mascot is worth a set number of points based on the letter values on the Algebragrams Board. After completing the Recording Sheet, the teacher will announce a winner based on the student/team with the most points!
